Luis Miguel has 20 years of experience in financial advisory services (corporate finance, transaction services, restructuring); leading local & cross-border deals all over Europe & Latin America. He served in leadership positions in fast growing business scenarios with responsability over geographies, functions & teams.

Experience

Luis Miguel has been Partner in charge of M&A, based in Deloitte’s Bogotá office and covering deals in the Andean region. Previously, he was Vice President and member of the Corporate Finance committee of Alantra (ex Grupo N+1) both in the Madrid and Bogotá offices (ex Landmark Capital). Previously, he worked for several years in the Transaction Services department of Deloitte.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), valuation and transaction advisory, as well as in restructuring processes both in Europe and Latin America, where he has worked for corporate clients and national and international private equity firms.

Education

Luis Miguel holds a degree in Business Administration and Law (ICADE E3), as well as is currently candidate in the DBA Management and Technology program (Phd) in at ICADE – COMILLAS

Life drives and passions

Having lived many years in different countries Luis enjoys travelling. At the weekends you will find him playing any kind of sport with the family being basketball, golf, tennis or skiing the most liked.
