VOCANTO GmbH is the leading provider of e-learning solutions for vocational training in Germany.

Cognos Germany were engaged to evaluate strategic options for VOCANTO GmbH. As part of a structured M&A sell-side process, discussions were conducted with various potential partners. The acquisition by EMBRACE emerged as the most compelling path for the future growth of both companies. Through this acquisition, EMBRACE is broadening its service portfolio beyond employee recruitment to include high-quality training solutions along the entire candidate journey.

Previously, EMBRACE focused primarily on attraction and hiring with its brands such as Ausbildung.de, Studyflix, MeinPraktikum.de, and Trainee.de, which target younger audiences. With the addition of VOCANTO, EMBRACE’s Young Talents vertical is now expanding into the retention space, enhancing its comprehensive talent management offerings.
