The marketing agencies Flik Flak, DRIIVN, Boest, and Cowboys have officially joined the rapidly growing Newww Media Group. With this acquisition, Newww Media Group expands its portfolio with strong niche agencies specializing in TikTok marketing, performance marketing, online marketing for ticket sales and events, and recruitment marketing.

Strong Synergy for Growth
The four labels operated under the Eager agency group in Amsterdam, each with its own unique focus. “With the addition of these agencies, we strengthen our offering with specialist labels that each hold a unique position in the market,” says Marten Post, founder of Newww Media Group. “We already had a strong presence in online marketing with iClicks and Traffic Today, but with the addition of Flik Flak, DRIIVN, Boest, and Cowboys, we now gain even more specialized expertise. This directly benefits our clients and creates strong synergies between our agencies.”

Unique Strategic Partnership
Newww Media Group follows a decentralized buy-and-build strategy without private equity involvement. This approach allows entrepreneurs to retain their independence while also benefiting from the advantages of being part of a collective. Cognos Netherlands as Advisor Throughout the Entire Sales Process
Cognos guided the entire sale process for Eager. The deal team were responsible for strategic advisory, drafting the sales documentation, approaching and negotiating with potential buyers, coordinating due diligence, and drafting and negotiating all legal documentation. The carefully managed process resulted in a successful deal for all parties involved.
