Transformation of Project Marina into a premium mixed-use development in Vedbæk.

Project Marina is a large-scale redevelopment of the existing Hotel Marina in Vedbæk, north of Copenhagen. The project will transform the current closed and outdated structure into an exciting, open beachfront community. It includes new residential apartments, terraced houses, a grocery store, and a small hotel. A restaurant, fitness facilities, and modern underground parking will further enhance livability.

The development aims to create a human-scaled, architecturally attractive environment with direct access to the beach and marina.

Cognos Denmark acted as lead advisors on the transaction which included running a competitive process to identify suitable investment partners, negotiating investment terms, and supporting the business through to a successful completion.
