GMV strengthens its defense with the purchase of the Spanish company Autek. The company specializes in systems for the secure exchange of information between different domains (crossdomains)

The Spanish technology company GMV announced this Wednesday the strategic acquisition of 100% of the capital of Autek, a Spanish company also specialized in Cross-domain systems, which allow the secure exchange of information between different domains based on predetermined security policies, without compromise data security. The company takes another step in the defense segment, which has become one of its growth paths.

The company has not published the amount of the acquisition. In a statement, GMV explains that Autek is integrated into its group of companies, while Autek’s management team will lead the Cross-domain area at GMV on a global level.
